Before the acquisition, the company was the fastest growing technology company on the UK Stock Exchange and continues to thrive under its parent brand. The business soon became a lead partner in Microsoft's European CIP strategy (1999) and was later acquired by Infobank. In 1998, Doyle went on to establish a company that specialised in solving complex integration issues for companies providing B2B software. The business moved from London to New York and was subsequently acquired by Chase Manhattan Bank.
